With two routes on the Northbank, the Downtown Trolley offers the perfect solution to your Downtown transportation needs.
BAY STREET TROLLEY
Weekdays from 6:20 a.m. to 7 p.m. with 30-minute frequency. Between peak hours of 9:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., trolleys arrive at a stop every 15 minutes.
Cost: $1.50
The Bay Street Trolley connects the Prime Osborn Convention Center and the Sports Complex with stops at the Jacksonville Landing, Times-Union Center, Omni Hotel, Florida Theatre, County Courthouse, Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena and Baseball Grounds of Jacksonville among others. The trolley also connects to the JTA Skyway at the Central and Jefferson Street stations giving passengers easy access to Southbank/San Marco. To see the route map, click here.
RIVERSIDE TROLLEY
6 a.m. to 7:50 p.m. weekdays, runs every 20 minutes.
8 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Saturdays, runs every 60 minutes.
Cost: $1.50

JTA STAR (Simply Tap and Ride) Program
JTA now offers its riders a STAR program. The new STAR cards and tickets are a contactless smart media that allow JTA
riders to pay their bus, trolley and shuttle fare without the need for
cash by simply tapping the card on the fareboxes. Customers can add up to $80 cash value to their STAR cards. For more information on the program, click here.
