Downtown Vision, Inc. releases the 2014 State of Downtown Report

Jacksonville, FL (May 12, 2015) – Downtown Vision, Inc. (DVI), Jacksonville's Downtown Improvement District, is pleased to release the 2014 State of Downtown Report.
