Ocean Blvd. Development of Jacksonville converted the Luther Rice Seminary building into 12 luxury loft style condominiums. The condominiums are located at the corner of Home Street and Hendricks Avenue on the Southbank, across the street from bb's restaurant. Amenities for the units include brick walls, granite countertops, scored concrete floors, exposed beams, stainless steel appliances and 12 to 19 foot ceilings.
