Terry Lorince became the first executive director of Downtown Vision Inc. (DVI) in 2001.  She has more than 20 years of experience in the field of economic development, with ten years of specialization in the field of downtown revitalization.  Prior to coming to Jacksonville, Terry was the deputy executive director of the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership. In the past five years, Downtown Vision has been involved in making Downtown Jacksonville cleaner, safer and more attractive, addressing Downtown's parking issues, marketing Downtown Jacksonville and becoming an advocate for the interests of Downtown.  More recently, Downtown Vision has developed a Downtown Platform to guide the development of Downtown in the coming years.  Terry has an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh and a Masters of Science in Management and Policy Analysis from Carnegie Mellon University .  She is a Board member of the International Downtown Association, the Florida Theatre and the Jacksonville Film Festival.

Amy Harrell is the director of improvement district services for Downtown Vision, Inc., and has been part of the Downtown Vision team for more than seven years. Amy's responsibilities include overseeing Downtown Vision's efforts to address cleanliness, safety, and parking issues, working with Downtown partners to enhance the pedestrian and retail environments, and continuing to provide research and information to Downtown stakeholders.  Prior to her current position, Amy has filled the roles of director of business development, special events manager and office manager for Downtown Vision.  Before joining Downtown Vision, Amy worked in accounting at Bank of America and the Florida Times Union.  She received her Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of North Florida . Amy is an active volunteer in the Jacksonville arts community.

Pamela Nix Elms is the director of marketing for Downtown Vision, Inc. She is tasked with strategic leadership and management of the organization's initiatives to market Downtown Jacksonville. Pamela brings more than 10 years of marketing and public relations experience. In Baltimore, she worked for a public relations and marketing firm and managed the promotion of the National Historic Seaport of Baltimore, Lexington Market, American Craft Council, NEC Foundation of America, B&O Railroad Museum and the Living Classrooms Foundation. She enjoyed working for major stakeholders in the revitalization efforts for the west side of Baltimore and was also challenged with crisis management including the 2004 Water Taxi Accident and the roof collapse at the B&O Railroad Museum. In Atlanta, she worked for Ketchum, a global communications firm, where she worked in the technology practice during the dot-com boom and was part of the national team to launch Cingular Wireless. Pamela began her career on Capitol Hill working as a legislative advisor for Congressman Nathan Deal (R-GA). She holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Georgia. Pamela is a member of Visit Jacksonville’s Multicultural Tourism Committee, FPRA, ULI, Chamber’s Downtown Council and a board member of the Junior League of Jacksonville.

Cheryl Mott is the office manager for Downtown Vision, Inc.  Her responsibilities include financials, human resources, and office management.  Prior to Downtown Vision, Inc., Cheryl worked for the Otis Smith Kids Foundation for two years where she served as both office manager and program director.  Her past work experience includes work as director of operations for FundraisingINFO.com, executive assistant/office manager to senior vice president of Lend Lease REI, Inc., and executive assistant to assistant controller of AT&T. Cheryl was born in Barbados but grew up and went to school in the U.S.  Cheryl, along with husband Juan and their two children Jewllio and ZenChristian, moved to Jacksonville in 1995 from Atlanta, GA.  She is also the proud mother of a Lhasa Apso named Betsy Ann Mott.

Carol Bianco is the ambassador & operations manager for Downtown Vision, Inc. and has been a part of Downtown Vision, Inc. as the night team leader. Her responsibilities include Ambassador staffing, daily deployments and training of the Ambassador team.  Prior work experience includes 20+ years in the field of dentistry, 6 years as a volunteer Firefighter/EMT in Clay County and also volunteering with Hospice and the American Red Cross.  Carol moved to Orange Park in 1970 when her father retired from the Navy after his last tour in Japan. Her mother was active in the Republican Party, holding office as State Committee Woman (Liz Austin) for several terms.  Both of Carol's daughters were born in Orange Park and her five grandchildren are native Floridians.

Katherine Moore is the marketing and events coordinator for Downtown Vision, Inc. She is charged with organizing and promoting Downtown Vision’s six signature events, including the First Wednesday Art Walk and the Hemming Plaza Market.  She also works with Downtown businesses to promote Downtown Jacksonville and Downtown Vision through traditional and grassroots initiatives. Katherine brings four years of marketing experience to the organization. Prior to joining Downtown Vision, she worked for the marketing agency, Burdette Ketchum, as account coordinator on the Downtown Vision account. Her other accounts included clients in real estate and design/build and non-profit industries. She received her Bachelor of Science in Advertising from the University of North Florida and graduated with top honors. In her spare time, Katherine plays kickball on the unofficial Jacksonville Kickball All-Stars league.

Bonnie Senteno is the marketing assistant and website coordinator for Downtown Vision, Inc. Her responsibilities include managing the Downtown Vision, Inc.'s website and event calendar, keeping "Get Downtown" readers up to date on all that is exciting in Downtown and working with Downtown retailers to promote what's going on Downtown. Prior to joining Downtown Vision, Inc. Bonnie had six years of administrative experience and holds a Bachelor of History from the University of North Florida.

Natalsya Tucker is the administrative assistant for Downtown Vision. Her responsibilities include updating and maintaining the database of Ambassador activities and accomplishments in Downtown, updating and maintaining DVI's master database, and coordinating all requests for marketing material provided by Downtown Vision, Inc.  Natalsya has an extensive insurance, medical, and sales background. Prior to joining DVI, Natalsya worked for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida for 15 years. Her most recent role there was as a project analyst, whereby she was instrumental in the Diamond system development, implementation, and data migration. Natalsya also worked for Verizon as an advertising specialist for print and online advertising and was recognized for top sales of dot-com advertising. She has both a Bachelor of Marketing and a Bachelor of Management degree from the University of North Florida. Natalsya is a native to Jacksonville and has two wonderful children, Jasmine and Jared.
