Katherine Hardwick

Katherine Hardwick is the vice president of marketing for Downtown Vision (DVI). With more than 12 years of experience as a marketing and communications professional, her passions are downtown revitalization and the cultivation of civic pride. Devoted to community improvement, she oversees a department of passionate professionals to execute three of DVI’s four strategic pillars: marketing and communications, information management, and experience creation. Together, their work serves to reinforce Downtown as Jacksonville's unique and authentic epicenter for business, history, culture, education and entertainment.

Prior to joining DVI, she worked for advertising agency, Burdette Ketchum, on the DVI account, launching a number of marketing strategies and events. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from the University of North Florida and graduated with top honors.

Katherine is the Public Image Chair for the Rotary Club of Jacksonville, an International Downtown Association (IDA) Emerging Leaders Fellowship Graduate and member of ULI North Florida. She serves on the Cultural Council's Art in Public Places Art Selection Committee, and sits on the steering committee for the Jacksonville Urban Neighborhoods Network. Katherine has served on committees for Jacksonville Sports Council, Visit Jacksonville and Friends of Hemming Park as well as on the Murray Hill Preservation Association (MHPA) board as VP of Communications. She is also a passionate supporter of our National Parks, and her goal is to visit all 50 states.
