Downtown Vision has compiled a database for Downtown property owners within the Downtown Improvement District (DID) to submit their first floor retail listings.
 
The Downtown Improvement District (includes the Northbank and Southbank) has 725,670 sq. ft. of retail space of which 581,627 sq. ft.  (80%) is located on the Northbank and 144,043 sq. ft. (20%) on the Southbank. 
 
The databases below updated quarterly. They are compiled from property owner submissions and may not represent all leasing opportunities in Downtown Jacksonville.
